Live lets you ask questions directly, which is cool. But recorded means you can watch whenever, pause, rewind. Depends on your schedule tbh.

Live is good for engagement, but if you miss something you're kinda out of luck unless they offer a recording later. Recorded is just convenience, watch it at 2 AM if you want.

Healthy Seminars has some really top-tier instructors, especially for women's health and fertility stuff. I find their content a bit more in-depth than eLotus sometimes.

I've used all three. Healthy Seminars feels a bit more structured, and the community library access is a nice bonus. Pro D has some good stuff too, but I tend to gravitate back to HS.
